Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment? As a Rigging Coordinator with our Denver Freeman team, you will be working with events requiring rigging services and coordinating all rigging service requirements.
Maintain pertinent information for all shows and show rules and regulations.
Be able to handle all requirements for small shows where no Exhibitor Services Rep. is required at show site, i.e. order/payment processing, invoicing and outbound orders.
Coordinate advance show reports on possible rigging questionnaires.
Properly check service manual orders forms for accuracy.
Coordinate with association on applicable show rules for hanging signs.
Check with foreman and/or Account Executive on the need to telemarket.
Properly handle incoming exhibitor calls regarding rigging orders. Notate any technical questions for assigned rigging foreman. Maintain rigging files for each show for in-house billing questions.
Coordinate with foreman on rigging jurisdictions.
Process exhibitor orders for rigging. Check with exhibitors in regards to chain hoist, truss and lighting; sign orders; electrical requirements. Forward electrical sign orders to appropriate electrical contractor.
Prepare foreman files for show site. Meet with assigned rigging foreman on possible problems. After reviewing possible problems with foreman, contact exhibitors to explain and assist.
Audit all exhibitor rigging orders that should be work ticketed (labor to assemble, stagehand condor, stagehand labor).
Work as scheduled at show site. Ticket all work that is ordered at show site. Take work calls for stagehand condor and stage labor. Enter condor and crew work tickets with assigned Exhibitor Services Representative. Audit orders on day by day basis. Complete all show closing functions.
Review complaints concerning billing or service rendered, rendered. Refer complaints to designated departments for investigation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum four (4) + years of related experience and/or training.
