Jobholder has responsibility for routine maintenance/repair of facility electrical systems including lighting/power distribution panels, lighting/power wiring, lighting fixtures/controls, etc. Jobholder assists Electrician II with changes/adds to electrical systems in small scale renovations and additions to buildings. Jobholder assists HVAC technicians with HVAC electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
High school diploma or GED Certificate
Preferred: Associate Degree or Diploma in Electrical Technology with one year experience in routine electrical repair and maintenance of commercial-industrial facilities; or a current NC Limited Electrical Contractor’s License with one year experience in routine electrical repair and maintenance of commercial-industrial facilities.
Minimum of 2 years experience in routine electrical repair and maintenance of commercial-industrial facilities.
